Who controls your data

Dynamic Suite Ltd operates VaultNG and is responsible for the personal data you store with us. Contact us at support@vaultng.app.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email address and sign-in method.
• Content you add: documents, receipts and their images, recipes, reminders and next-of-kin details.
• Password Vault entries, which are encrypted on your device with your master passphrase before they reach us. We cannot read them.
• Basic technical logs needed to keep the service running and secure.

Payments

Our payment provider acts as merchant of record and handles your card details. We never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of your plan, billing period and provider customer reference so we know what you have access to.

Receipt scanning

Text recognition on receipt photos runs in your browser and only with your consent. The raw recognised text is never sent to us — only the fields you confirm are saved.

Sharing

We never sell your data. Documents are shared only when you create a share link or an institutional share, recipes only with kitchens you choose, and next-of-kin details only as you configure them. We use trusted providers for hosting, email and payments.

Keeping it safe

Data is stored in private, access-controlled storage. Each person can only read their own rows, enforced at the database level. Sensitive vault fields are encrypted at rest.

Your rights

You can export your receipts and documents, correct your details at any time, and ask us to delete your account and its contents. Email support@vaultng.app and we will action deletion requests within 30 days.
