VaultNG is operated by Dynamic Suite Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or paying for a subscription you agree to these terms.
You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details and master passphrase safe. Your Password Vault is encrypted on your device with your passphrase; we cannot see or recover it. You are responsible for activity under your account.
VaultNG has a free plan with storage limits and a paid Premium plan. Premium is billed in US dollars ($2 per month or $18 per year) through our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record. Naira amounts shown in the app are an approximate guide; your bank sets the actual exchange rate. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
Institutional document verification is a one-off paid service. We contact the issuing institution on your behalf; we cannot guarantee that an institution will respond or confirm a document.
Do not use VaultNG to store or share unlawful material, to impersonate anyone, to break into other accounts, or to resell recipes or documents you do not own the rights to. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your documents, receipts, recipes and credentials remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display them back to you and to people you deliberately share them with.
We work to keep VaultNG available and secure but provide the service "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Keep your own copies of anything critical.
